As we always use fresh products from the area, some of our dishes can vary a lot as they depend on season and market. Here we present a small selection of the dishes most appreciated by our customers.

Among our meats stand out:

  • Solomillo and Entrecot de Venera Retinta and other local breeds.
  • Sirloin and other products of the Iberian pig raised in freedom in the fields of Tarifa.
  • Suckling lamb from our neighboring community of Extremadura. The lamb is cooked in the oven naturally.

Among the fresh fish of Tarifa and seafood stand out, according to season:

  • Bluefin tuna, caught in the millenary tradition method of the Almadraba, in front of the coast of Tarifa.
  • The sole, fish on the beaches of Tarifa.
  • Juicy sea bass, with somewhat deeper water.
  • Breams and urtas (white fish), from the Strait of Gibraltar.
  • Groupers, from the depths of our waters, with their unmistakable aroma and texture.
  • Squid caught between waters of Morocco and Tarifa.
