We always use fresh and locally-sourced products, changing our menu according to the season.
Meat specialities
Some of our most popular dishes are sirloin and entrecĂ´te steak (retinta) and other locally-bred breeds; Iberian pork steaks from pigs raised in freedom in the fields of Tarifa; and suckling lamb from our neighbouring community of Extremadura.

Fish specialities

Guests can savour, depending on the season, bluefin tuna caught using the ancient trap-net method off the coast of Tarifa; sole directly from the waters of Tarifa; succulent sea bass from somewhat deeper waters; blackspot and red-banded sea bream from the Strait of Gibraltar; grouper, also from deeper waters, with its unmistakable aroma and texture; and squid caught between Morocco and Tarifa.

Our proven experience makes us the perfect event organiser: birthdays, family parties, work lunches, baptisms, weddings or first communions. What’s more, the spacious lawns are ideal for receptions, weddings or even inflatable castles for children. We have a team of professionals who take care of everything to make it an unforgettable day.
